STORE AND RETURNS POLICY



Merchandise: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 days to return an item from the date on your receipt. Your item must be new, unused condition and must be in the original packaging with tags still attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase present to be eligible for exhange/refund/credit.


Exchanges and Store Credit: We glady accept returns in new unused condition for store exchange or credit. If the size is no longer available in the item you are wishing to return, you can exchange for another item or request a refund. 


Refunds:  If you are asking for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or payment type used for the orginal purchase. If a credit card was used you will need to have the same credit card with you to issue the refund. Cash will not be refunded for credit card sales, no exceptions. Refunds will be issued immediately but your card issuer may hold the funds for several days depending on their policies!


Gift Certificates: Merchandise purchased using gift certificates can only be exchanged or issued store credit. Refunds will not be given for any purchase made on a gift certificate.


Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if needed. If shipping is used we will cover all areas of the sale to ensure that you are happy with the product received. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ART SERVICES 



Services: Custom Art work may require a non-refundable deposit. 

 Please see your invoice for specific details and terms. Artwork is not returnable. If there is an issue with your art, it will be repaired. Repairs will only be done due to failure of the products and will not be done due to negligence, tampering, and interferrence. We will work on a solution if there is an issue that arrises from any work of art.
